Mr. Sean Vargas is a graduate of Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law. He is the only student in the university’s history to earn an International Law Distinction, a fundamental principle of international humanitarian law. Before obtaining his Doctor of Law Degree in International Law and Legal Studies, Mr. Vargas earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Point Loma Nazarene University. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2008 and has been a practicing attorney ever since.
Mr. Vargas has handled thousands of cases throughout his career, securing maximum compensation for those who were affected by the negligence of another individual or entity. He exclusively handles personal injury cases, specializing in motor vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, and wrongful death. In addition to his years of experience, Mr. Vargas has also served as Pro Tem Judge at the Worker’s Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB), an establishment of judicial powers that honor the labor codes and provide legal guidance to the Work Comp community.
He is passionate about assisting those in need by providing top-tier legal representation. Mr. Vargas operates in a client-first approach; that is to say, he strives to understand the true needs of clients so he can better serve them in order to maximize their medical and financial recovery.
